We started HelloWindow Training because good, practical repair training was hard to find. Today we teach hundreds of learners a year the same skills our own technicians use on real call-outs.
Founded and led by trainer Atif Khalil, every HelloWindow trainer has years of hands-on experience fitting and repairing doors, windows and glazing across the UK. We built this training centre so that new starters — and experienced tradespeople adding a skill — get the same practical knowledge, without the trial and error.
Courses are kept deliberately small, capped at six learners per trainer, so everyone gets real time on the tools rather than watching from the back of the room.
Our workshop is set up with individual benches, purpose-built door and window rigs, and a full range of the hardware you'll meet in the field — so what you practise on is exactly what you'll be repairing on site.
